The apartments are fully furnished and are rented "as viewed". No extra services (breakfast, cleaning during the stay, transport, etc.) will be provided to the tenant. The total cost of the rent is agreed with the tenant subsequently paid by stripe or bank transfer. Tourist taxes Rome 3,50 Euro per person per night.

The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels after the reservation.

Standard:
The customer pays the total amount of the reservation and can request cancellation with full refund 7 days before arrival.
